Uplift Our Youth Foundation 14th Annual Grant Awards and Fund Raising Dinner
The Board of Directors of the Uplift Our Youth Foundation is pleased to announce that we are hosting our 14th Annual Grant Awards and Fund Raising Dinner on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at the Lansing Country Club, located at 2200 Moores River Drive. The reception will begin promptly at 6:30pm.
We're extremely pleased to have as our keynote speaker Dr, Falyne Fry, MD, Psychiatry Specialist, Detroit, MI
Our 2016 Child Advocate is Erik Larson, Director of Impressions 5 Science Center.
Each year the Foundation awards grants to organizations/agencies that provide services to at-risk youth in career, educational and other interdisciplinary activities. We're pleased to announce that as we approach our 13th year of existence we have awarded over $140,000 to these organizations/agencies.
