The Sunshine Boys
Cue the laugh track: Al Lewis and Willy Clark are an aging vaudeville team who, after forty-some years of chuckles on stage, grew to hate each other so much that they never even spoke to each other when off stage during the last year of their act. When CBS invites them to reunite and represent the vaudeville era for a special on the history of comedy, Clark is convinced by his nephew Ben to revive the old routines one last time. Age, ailments, and grudges aside, can this legendary team overcome their differences for one last show? The shenanigans that ensue in this comedy of showbiz and friendship provide lots of laughs and a good time for all.
