Dandy Days of Summer
Join us for a celebration of the dandy days of summer
Every year we mark the time between the birthdays of chefs Julia Child and Carol Nockold with a dinner that celebrates the peak of summer bounty. Chef Zephyr Paquette brings together the French techniques that Julia made accessible with the respect for local, farm-fresh produce that Carol instilled. What results is a souffle that will make you swoon, onion soup with a sense of place, and peach gingerbread upside-down cake that tastes like a warm summer evening.
