The Gefilte Manifesto Book Party (in Philly!)
Join cookbook authors Jeffrey Yoskowitz and Liz Alpern as they celebrate the publication of their brand new narrative cookbook, The Gefilte Manifesto: New Recipes for Old World Jewish Foods.
A full spread of Manifesto-inspired hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be provided by Chef Ari Miller and various local partners, including Brine Street Picklery, Inspired Brews, and Philly Style Bagels.
Bites to include: lox wrapped matzah balls with cucumber and cream white concord jam and Chopped Beets not Liver! Drinks to include: horseradish-infused vodka and celery soda and pickle brine bloody Mary.
Books will be available for purchase on site.
