Attack of the Zombies
The Burlington School presents Attack of the Zombies, Oct.28-30, at Studio 1.
If you like classic horror flicks like Night of the Living Dead, The Return of the Living Dead, and Cemetery High, youll die laughing (almost!) over this shriek-and-shudder funfest. Howie (Ryan Krasinski), Louise (Remy Averitt), Gary (Calvin Barefoot Yeager), and Phoebe (Ellie Richardson) are in charge of Zombie Night, the annual school party. They locate an abandoned farmhouse by an old graveyard. Actually, the house was once occupied by the creepy, crawly Dr. Thanatos (Will STadler), who tried to re-animate the dead (gulp!). Vivian (Nora Mansfield) and Anne (Olivia Martin) show up, determined to destroy the party. (Theyre sore losers who wanted a sock hop instead.) Enter a grim farmer (John Stanfill) who warns the kids that its dangerous to stay. We soon discover why zombies! While the decorations go up, the zombies shuffle from the graveyard. Cosmic cannibals! Its zombies versus students! The spoof races to a spine-chilling and hilarious finale. This is the perfect show for Halloween weekend!
