Tottenham Tea Party for Mrs Alexteen Roberts
Mrs Roberts was front page news in the Evening Standard a few weeks ago when she was robbed of her savings at her home in Tottenham. We've been crowd funding to replace her savings; you can still donate here; http://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/fund-100-yr-old-mugging-victim-mrs-roberts
On Sunday 9th Oct we're throwing her a tea party to present her with a cheque, and show her that her local community cares.
Please bring a cake, biscuits, scones or something savoury to share. The Bernie Grant cafe will provide us with tea. Bring a label to say what is is and who made it and maybe a message if you like!
