Four comedians ranging in height from five feet to nearly seven feet and body shapes ranging from toothpick to maple tree, take aim at the nations obsession with "what you are on the outside."
Are we defined by how we look? Does size matter?
These four funsters will divulge the perils and advantages of height and weight. Which is better: being the first to know if it is raining or the last to know? What is the bigger problem when flying : lack of legroom or having to ask for a belt extension?
Thru high and low and thick and thin this show promises laughs no matter what shape you are.
Headliner Tom Baumgarter is a veteran of the Minnesota comedy scene and has appeared regularly with Louie Anderson. A popular feature at all Twin Cities comedy clubs, Tom has appeared on A & E's "Comedy On The Road" hosted by John Byner and was regularly featured on the Dennis Miller Show with "Jokes From Tom".
Tom has appeared at the Comedy Store and The Improvisation in Los Angeles and has toured nationally since 1979.
As an actor Tom has appeared on Roseanne, Hunter, LA Law, Amen, Santa Barbara, and General Hospital.
K Jay the Comedian, is a national comedy act, with a laid back, witty style, focusing on topical humor, divorce court and living in North Minneapolis. K Jay the Comedian chose his "nom du comedy" because he is an American with an African name that's too damn difficult to pronounce. His real name is Kelechi Jaavaid. The name means the black experience. The only experience that his name has given him is trouble trying to cash checks. K Jaye is a tall drink of comedy that is good for your comedic thirst.
Bart Schneider has been entertaining Twin City Audiences for decades, first as a musician in rock and pop bands, then as a solo jazz pianist, and now as a stand-up comic. He likes to take long walks in pick-up truck beds, and his favorite color is none of the above.
Margret Blaylock is a Mom, college student, massage therapist, sober cab, stand-up comic, local music fan, and has a little hint of schizophrenia, but does it all with equal parts of funny and wit! She will have you smiling and laughing at her and with her. Enjoy!
