Join David Barker and Wang Chao of the China National Academy of Fine Arts in Hangzhou for a discussion and demonstration of Chinese woodblock printing techniques. The processes of multi-color printing (douban) were perfected in the early 17th century, and were used to create prints that closely imitate painting. This will be an all day program with a lunch break around noon. Free; reservations required. Limited space. Botanical Center
