Dinner with Chef Shana of Sacks Cafe
Join Chef Shana Whitlock, the new Executive Chef at Sacks Cafe, for a fun, elegant evening of incredible food paired with some great wines.
Chef Shana has worked at some of Anchorage's finest restaurants. Most recently, she was the Chef/Owner of the popular Torchon Bistro in South Anchorage. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Chef Shana worked in a handful of restaurants in New York City and Boston, including stagiere within a few highly regarded establishments in New York. Her externship was completed in Nantucket, MA at the highly esteemed restaurant American Seasons.
Chef Shana's dishes reflect her artistry, passion and refined skills. This will be very special evening!
