Eighth Annual Interfaith Community Breakfast
This annual event celebrates the interfaith community in Lane County (Eugene/Springfield area), Oregon. We have chosen to hold this year's event on World Peace Day, September 21st. The breakfast will be held at the Eugene Hilton. Anita Weiss, Professor and Head of International Studies at the University of Oregon, will speak on "Women's Rights in Islam". Prayers from different religious traditions will be offered. The breakfast will be vegetarian and will include a vegan option.
