How to successfully balance relationship and parenthood- Hebrew Lecture
Parenthood is one of the most exciting experience life brings. However, balancing parenthood and your relationship may be a challenging task. Even the strongest relationships can be affected while navigating all the endless responsibilities embodied in raising children. Lack of sleep, never-ending housework and new responsibilities can lead to profound stress and a decline in marital satisfaction all of which may affect your childs care.
This workshop is aimed at helping couples strengthen their relationship and manage conflict as they navigate through the parenting tasks. During this workshop we will discuss the challenges that relationships face when raising children, explore some of the statistics and research conducted in this field, and learn effective strategies to maintain and improve your relationship while forming a strong parenting team.
Short Biography:
Elinor Wahrmann, MA, MFTI
Elinor is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. She provides individual, couples and family therapy in a private practice in Los Gatos. Her over 12 years of experience in coaching, mentoring and providing guidance and support to people bring a unique integrative approach to overcoming issues such as life transitions, parenting challenges and relationship struggles.
