Holdfast Collaboration with Gregory Gourdet of Departure!
On Sunday, October 23rd, we are going to be sharing our Holdfast kitchen with a good friend of ours and a great chef (who hardly needs an introduction) Gregory Gourdet of Departure. We have had the pleasure of working with Gregory at a handful of events over the years, but we are especially excited to be bringing him into our kitchen! For this dinner Gregory will be bringing some awesome ingredients from a small village in South Korea for us to work with. Also, this dinner will be 100% gluten-free. As always, we are offering an alcoholic and non-alcoholic pairing.
The cost of our collaboration dinners is $125 which includes beverage pairings. Tickets for this dinner will go on sale Thursday, September 15th at 6:00PM
