Spark your Sass: Wen-Do Workshop #2 in KW

Wen-Do is Canada's longest-running self-defence organization by-and-for women! Since 1972 we have been bringing powerful self-defence training to women and girls just like you!

Wen-Do Women's Self-Defence is canada's longest-running by- and for- women self-defence organization. This workshop will bring you simple-to-learn, effective, life-saving self-defence techniques. As always, this workshop will be survivor-centered and intersectional.

Attendees must be at least 10 years of age, and there is no upper age limit. Please note that the workshop is located in a space that is up two large flights of stairs. We apologize for the limited accessibility of this event.

Shailagh is a compassionate, intuitive self-defence instructor who uses humour and storytelling to help you (re-)write your narratives and stories of success! By using each other as inspiration you are invited in this course to embody your greater power!
