Stoke your Fire: Wen-Do Workshop #1 in KW
Wen-Do is Canada's longest-running self-defence organization by-and-for women! Since 1972 we have been bringing powerful self-defence training to women and girls just like you!
Ever felt like you were "too much"?
Not here, not in this workshop.
In this body-positive 2-hour workshop your whole self will be invited to get big, get loud and take up space. We will take some time to stop minimizing ourselves and our experiences and we will celebrate what women and girls have done to make more room for themselves and others.
Shailagh is a compassionate, intuitive self-defence instructor who uses humour and storytelling to help you (re-)write your narratives and stories of success! By using each other as inspiration you are invited in this course to embody your greater power.
Space is limited to 20 participants for this Wen-Do Women's Self-Defence workshop. It will be first-come, first serve! The course will be held in a beautiful third-floor studio in downtown Kitchener. This location is scent-free and regrettably, this location is not wheelchair accessible.
