Matthew Vicedomini welcomes Evan LeRoy, formerly the pitmaster behind Austin's lauded Freedman's Bar with a collaboration BBQ at N.W.I.P.A. Matthew trained under LeRoy for a brief stint and is looking forward to working the smoker with him again. Classic Americana enthusiast and pastry chef about town, Eve Küttemann is preparing dessert.
Price includes service fees and tip. N.W.I.P.A. will have their full beer list available for purchase.
Their menu reflects traditional Texas BBQ and features signature flavors from each of the accomplished cooks. The following is subject to change based on availability and whims of the chefs.
