Playscapes
How do grown-ups play? Featuring an all-star, all-woman cast of local theatre legends, this collection of nine scenes explores the apparent disconnect between human adulthood and true playfulness. Inspired by the structure and feel of an improv comedy show, Playscapes is a joyful experiment in scripted theatre.
Written and directed by Kelly Maxwell with assistant direction by Amber McReynolds, set design by John Smith, lighting design by Phil Koenig, sound design by John Feith, costume design by Jenni Schwaner Ladd, and stage management by Chelsey Wagemaker.
