Nature & Forest Therapy Walk with Integrative Wellness Coach Carol Roberge
Bloedel Reserve and Carol Roberge, Integrative Wellness Coach, invite you to join us for this one-of-a-kind Nature and Forest Therapy walk.
The walks are two to three hours, non-strenous, and will take place rain or shine. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress in layers.
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku or "Forest Bathing," Roberge will lead you through the beautiful Bloedel lanscape though a series of guided sensory invitations. You'll be invited to experience the textures, sounds, tastes, fragrances, sights and movements that will surround you.
