Fried paneer balls in a mild to spicy tomato gravy. Topped with cilantro

Fried paneer stewed with collard greens in a mustard seed and Gongura gravy
Tandoor Naan
Assorted Naan (garlic, ajwain seed, cilantro, aloo)

Zatar spiced fish with yogurt and Gongura leaf, a specialty of Bengal.
