Grassroots Family Supper with Guest Chef Randal Gresham
We call this a "family supper" because we view Acre as our home and guests as our family. We love the sense of community that is built around a dinner table layered with beautiful food and chairs filled with wonderful people. The supper will be set up at one long table with all the food listed on the menu brought out at once and passed around "family style". This eliminates the pressure of having to decide what to order and since it is prepaid, all you have to do is show up, eat supper, enjoy a few drinks, and be happy!
This family supper will feature Chef Randal Gresham, Jr., or Randy as his friends call him. He was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He has worked in acclaimed restaurants throughout the US including Colorado and Wyoming, but he is known throughout the Southeast as Executive Chef of Downtown Montgomerys Central restaurant.
As the Executive Chef of The A&P Social, his focus is showcasing the amazing bounty of the River Region and Gulf Coast. Randy will continue his mission to create food that highlights new flavors and ideas while maintaining a level of comfort and familiarity in menu options. Committed to continuing the quality dining experience Montgomerys emerging food scene is accustomed to, Gresham is excited at the opportunity to focus on the complete dining experience as a whole.
Chef Randy resides in the historic Cloverdale neighborhood of Montgomery with his wife Jean, a Montgomery native, their dog Sprocket and cat Moo.
Ticket includes:
-food and drinks listed on menu
-drinks ordered that are not listed on menu will be charged
