Do you want to promote healing, harmony and connections that benefit your communities, family and organizations? Can you imagine engaging conflict in a way that builds relationships and deepens connection and learning?
Restorative Practices support people to step into important and difficult conversations with safety to provide true community-based solutions, accountability, and transformative change.
This hands-on introduction in Restorative Justice and Restorative Circles supports anyone seeking a paradigm shift away from retributive justice and punishment and towards alternative accountability, Restorative Culture, and Restorative Practices in their communities, organizations, schools, justice systems, and families.

Co-founder of Seattle Restorative Justice, Conversation Cafes and Let's Talk America, Sr. Trainer and co-creator of the Advanced Training with The Compassionate Listening Project, founder of Global Citizen Journey.
