Montclair Culinary Academy - THANKSGIVING FALL FRUIT PIE BAKING
Thanksgiving dinner: come for the turkey stay for the pies!
This class is a bit different we're specifically preparing fruit pies for you to take away and show off to family and friends over Thanksgiving. You will have the pleasure of making your own pies to serve with pride on the big day.
During this class you will learn pastry techniques and how to make the best of delicious fall flavors. You will make, bake and take home two pies of your choice armed with serving suggestions to knock your fellow diners socks off.
Please note due to food costs we are unable to offer refunds or make ups. Should your plans change please feel free to send a friend in your place.
