Montclair Culinary Academy - Fall Bounty Banquet
As much as we love the freshness of crisp summer salads and the simplicity of steak on the grill, we get really excited by the endless possibilities of fall seasonal produce. So in this class, you will learn how to make the most of the autumns awesome bounty.
We will start by making butternut squash soup - a classic fall appetizer. Then, you will learn some specialist meat techniques as we make pork tenderloin stuffed with seasonal flavors, before finishing off our fall feast with a drunken fig dessert.
Like all MCA adult classes, bring a bottle of something to enjoy while we share this feast together.
