Krista Mirhoseini will cover contractual considerations for public art purchases, loans, and installations, including engineering and site preparation, payment terms, insurance and risk of loss, shipping, indemnification provisions, and intellectual property rights.
ABOUT OUR PRESENTER
Krista Mirhoseini has been corporate counsel at Chihuly Studio since 2012 and advises the Studio regarding public and private commissions, exhibitions, gallery representation, intellectual property protection and licensing, and a wide variety of other matters that come her way as the sole in-house attorney. Krista has over 20 years of legal experience, particularly in civil defense litigation. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, law degree from Marquette University, and LL.M. (Marine Affairs) from the University of Washington.
