Torulus, Bourbon-Barrel Aged Rye Stout release
Torulus, our first barrel-aged beer and first bottle release of 2012 is the culmination of nine and a half months of patience and dedication to the craft. A fresh Elmer T. Lee bourbon barrel was filled in September of 2011 with our Ex Umbris, a 10.2% ABV Rye Imperial Stout.
For this limited release, we have two special options. We packaged:
48 12 oz bottles of "straight" stout - as bourbon-y as it gets
and
600 22 oz bottles of "the blend", with the brewmaster's mix of barrel-aged bourbon stout and fresh Ex Umbris.
Max per order limited to a max of up to:
1x 12 oz Torulus (straight)
3x 22 oz Torulus (blended)
