Montclair Culinary Academy - SOUTH AMERICAN SABOR! (Ages 7+)
One of our most successful and recurring themes has been our celebration of the flavors and textures of latin America. In this specially designed class, your little chefs will learn how to make empanadas from Argentina and chocolate brigadeiros from Brazil.
