Montclair Culinary Academy - FRENCH COOKING SKILLS (Ages 8+)
Most if not all classic kitchen techniques find their origins in France and so this special class celebrates French culinary heritage.
Watch your junior chefs bring a little ooh-la-la into the kitchen as they learn how to make some French cuisine classics including perfect soufflés and petits chocolate pots de crème!
