Montclair Culinary Academy - Home Made Pasta Class (Ages 8+)
In this class, your junior chefs will learn how to make fresh egg pasta and understand the flavor difference it has over the stuff we eat from packets.
We will make two different kinds of pasta from scratch and learn how to make a delicious tomato sauce to go with it.
