Odds & Ends Indian Cooking Class
Saturday Oct. 15th, 2-4pm. Join celebrated Indian Chef Rinku Bhattachara to increase your cooking potential. Ever wondered how to use bits and pieces of your harvest when times are getting leaner? There is more to doing this than just a good soup, think of beautiful well-seasoned vegetable medley called Chorchori, mixed vegetable fritters (almost anything can be made delicious for this wonderful vegetable pilaf) and then there are lentils of Dal, this is Indian soul Food. Discounted copies of Rinku's award winning first book, The Bengali Five Spice Chronicles will be available for sale at the class. Registration required: Fee: $35.00 non-members, $30.00 members
