Fall Flavors of Indian Cooking
Celebrate the beautiful flavors of fall with Chef Rinku Bhattachara Learn to make garam masala a beautiful fragrant spice blend that can be used for all things sweet and spicy.
Students will work with chef Rinku to put together an Indian inspired meal; the class will feature Smokey masked eggplants, Butternut squash and a simple chicken pilaf. Discounted copies of Rinkus award winning first book, The Bengali Five Spice Chronicles will be available for sale at the class or you can purchase directly online.
