NBICF Winemaker Dinner at Franchetti's Wood Fire Kitchen

The North Bay Italian Cultural Foundation (NBICF) offers a special Winemaker Dinner at the Franchetti's Wood Fire Kitchen (1229 N. Dutton Ave Santa Rosa, CA 95401) with wine pairings by Forchini Winery.

Dont miss this years Winemakers Dinner on October 23, 2016 at Franchettis Wood Fire Kitchen with wines from Forchini Winery.

The evening begins with a wine reception with pizza appetizer on the patio, followed by a buffet dinner of caesar salad, cheese ravioli, coffee-crusted pork tenderloin, roasted duck, cauliflower with olive oil, olives and breadcrumbs, with assorted fresh baked cookies for dessert and beverage.

Winemaker Jim Forchini will be showcasing a selection of his finest wines throughout the evening, including Papa Nono, Beau Serra, a Bordeaux Blend, Pinot Noir & Chardonnay. Jim will share with us the story of his award winning wines.

Wine Reception with Appetizers: 4:30 to 5:15
Wine presentation by winemaker Jim Forchini 5:30 to 6:00
Dinner with wine 6:00-9:00

There are only 80 tickets available for this event which benefits the NBICFs scholarship program and the cultural activities of the Foundation.
