A contemporary home in Cameo Shores on a 17,500 s.f. lot. When complete it will be 10,160 s.f. of living area with a 1200 s.f. 4 car garage. The home includes 6 bedrooms, 8 baths, and a large open courtyard with a pool that has a glass bottom open to a wine bar and lounge located in the basement. Extra amenities include a home theater, game room, gym and two kitchens. Some eco-friendly aspects include full solar (PV and water), water retention and treatment via bio-filters, and locally sourced materials. This project has completed its framing stage. Attendees will see a fully framed structure.
