An outpost of Gladys's NYC clubs, this laugh spot is tucked in the Cancun City Restaurant in Des Plaines. Whoop it up in the audience on Saturday nights at 9 p.m. -- each show features both national and local talent at the mic. Arrive a few minutes early to score your favorite cocktail, beer, or soda from the bar, or make a night of it and grab dinner first.
