Dinner with Tutka Bay Lodge Owners Chefs Kirsten and Mandy Dixon
Mother daughter duo, Chefs Kirsten and Mandy Dixon of Tutka Bay Lodge will prepare a multi course dinner focusing on seasonal, local ingredients that will be paired with some lovely wines.
Kirsten Dixon has been cooking in Alaska's backcountry for more than 30 years. She attended Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and earned a master's degree in gastronomy from Adelaide University in Australia, Mandy Dixon trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA and the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, CA. She also worked as a pastry chef for the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group for several years before returning to the family business.
