Your food adventure includes tasting from:
Mole Rosa- Sample a tantalizing trio of moles from three different regions expertly-crafted by award-winning Chef Gunther, a 4th generation chef.
Robles Birria Tacos- Originating in the state of Jalisco, this slow-cooked meat stew is marinated in aromatic red chiles and served up in delectable tacos.
El Guero- Using only the freshest fish and produce, El Guero has returned daily from the local market to present his loyal and passionate following with delicious ceviche.
Cesar's Coconut Stand- Since 1984, Cesar and his family has proudly served the area fresh coconut. Arguably the busiest coconut vendor in town, Cesar sells over 900 coconuts a week!
La Gloria Tortilla Factory- Taste a tortilla straight out of the conveyer belt! With over 40-years experience, La Gloria is the oldest and busiest tortilla factory in the region.
La Revolucion- Let the flavors of Mexico unfold through these three flavorful soup tastings. Tortilla, flor de calabaza (squash blossom) and black bean soup are finished off by a tasting of Mexico's quintessential drink, Tequila and its trusty chaser, Sangrita.
Tuba by Concepcion- Enjoy this refreshing drink made out of coconut palm and topped with a mix of apples, walnuts and a "secret" ingredient that no other Vallarta tuba vendor has.
La Azteca Candy Store- Made from local ingredients, La Azteca's candies surprise and delight.
