On Sunday, September 18th we will be preparing a four course, family-style dinner inspired by both the ingredients of New England and the beers of one of the region's finest breweries.|
We will begin with an assortment of hors d'oeuvres served with Allagash's flagship beer: the White Ale.
The next course will include pork belly with johnny cakes, oyster quiche, and an apple salad. For the main course we'll be serving our version of a New England Shellfish boil cooked in our fireplace.
Accompaniments will include corn on the cob, roasted potatoes and Parker House rolls.
Beers to be poured will include (subject to change) Interlude, Fluxus and Sixteen Counties.
For dessert we'll be serving fluffernutter whoopie pies and Boston cream pie and drinking James Bean: Curieux aged with coffee beans.
Two seatings available 5pm and 8pm.
Our prices include service, eliminating the need for gratuity.
