Dinner with Chef Zain in the Back Room at South
Georgia boy Zain Momin has called Alaska home for 17 years.
He's had the pleasure of working in the kitchens of Glacier Brewhouse, Kingfisher Roadhouse in Cooper Landing and Southside Bistro. Zain now enjoys working as a Sous Chef at South.
Asian cuisine from all regions really light his fire, and being of Indian descent, one of his greatest joys is preparing food that represents his heritage.
Chef Zain loves cooking for people because it brings them together, and he's looking forward to sharing some of his favorite Indian dishes with you
