Join us for an evening of fun and good food under the stars in a beautiful winery setting west of Eugene. Twenty local chefs will prepare paella, a traditional Spanish dish, each with their own unique touch and distinct flavor. Choose one or choose a taste of all 20! Senator Jeff Merkley will speak after an introduction by former Oregon Governor Ted Kulongoski. Dan Bryant, Executive Director of SquareOne Villages (SOV), will share the vision and give an update on the construction of Emerald Village Eugene, the first-in-the-nation tiny house affordable village for very low-income residents.
Hors d'oeuvres at 6:15 pm, paella served at 6:45 pm. This inspirational evening will include a "paddle raise" to support the work of SquareOne Villages.
