Cost effective zero net energy homes start with smart design. This seminar for residential builders, homeowners, architects, and designers is aimed at informing a broad swatch of the Nashville population about affordable zero energy home construction and design. The COTE Committee and AIA Mid TN feel that this presentation satisfies the mission of disseminating information related to sustainability in the built environment while progressing towards a long-term goal of incorporating zero-energy/passive house concepts into the Nashville building stock.
