Learn how to SEA FORAGE
Share a sunset evening fishing for surf smelt and learning how to safely survive off the BC coast with Ficus Chan, biologist/commercial fisherman. Chef Robin Kort or Chef Jacob Deacon Evans will prepare the catch and talk about how best to cook and eat the bounty of our sea.
Includes dinner on the beach.
Bring a bathing suit if you want to try and net some surf smelt.
