The Art and Craft of Japanese Food
Explore the world of Japanese cuisine with chef Ernest Miller. Participants will prepare a meal of savory miso soup, seaweed-wrapped onigiri rice balls, and a sweet treat for dessert. A tour of the Japanese Garden will provide some cultural context.
