Mushroom Log Cultivation Workshop
Dr. Philippe Amstislavski will explain the basic principals of mushroom cultivation and will demo how to do a simple outdoor mushroom log cultivation for Alaska. We will be using a cold tolerant strain of oyster mushroom on a locally harvested hardwood, either aspen or cottonwood. All supplies will be provided for each participant to make a mushroom log.
