How to Open Your Restaurant
Join the CHS NorCal Chapter this September for a Food Panel Discussion, moderated by alumni, Alison Arth (author of How to Open a Restaurant), and supported by the expertise of four exceptional panelists.
This event will not only be a fun, educational, and interactive way to reconnect with other alums, but it will also help us raise money to fund scholarships for future Hotelies!
Timing & Location: Thursday, September 1st at The St. Regis San Francisco (125 Third St.) - 6 to 7 PM: Light hors doeuvres & wine - 7 to 8 PM: Panel discussion - 8 to 8:30 PM: Q & A session
Pricing: $50 advanced purchase (by August 22nd) / $60 at the door Each ticket includes entrance to the panel discussion, 2 drink tickets, and light appetizers from 6-7pm. We have limited availability for the event, so please buy your tickets in advance!
