The Comedy of Errors
Egeon is facing execution and tells a sad story of his youth. He had twin sons and on the same day, a poor woman also gave birth to twin sons. He purchased the poor sons as servants for his sons. Shortly after, the family was separated on a sea voyage. He saved one son and one servant and had never seen his wife, or the children with her again. His son and servant, now grown, set out on a quest to find their brothers. When his son did not return, Egeon went looking for him.
We see the story as Egeons son and his servant encounter the friends and families of their twins. A series of wild mishaps ensues, based on mistaken identities
