Forum tables on the issues driving California women with policy activists, legislators, media, corporate partners and everyday women and girls of all ages and cultures.
Every five years we 'reboot' our agendas for a California and US Women's Plan of Action that go to the global agenda at the UN. This year we will share California Women's Agenda reports with you addressing issues and mapping a statewide action plan to stop violence against women, change stereotypical portrayals of women in the media, focus on girls' needs, environment, education with a focus on city CEDAW ordinances as a comprehensive policy tool for women's advancement globally as well as locally.
Join us on August 27th and hear about a game plan for the first grassroots California Women's Plan of Action since 2010.
Event Highlights in San Francisco: Elmy Bermejo, Regional Representative for U.S. Secretary of Labor Tom Perez and other outstanding voices to help us mobilize for EQUALITY, DEVELOPMENT AND PEACE!
