FREE Harbor History Tour Aboard the Shearwater
Join Dr. Alan Rice of the Earth and Planetary Sciences department at the American Museum of Natural History for an educational adventure. Enjoy a beautiful sail on the historic schooner Shearwater while you learn about the harbor, from how it was formed to the arrival of Henry Hudson. Dr. Rice will also point out how pollution in the harbor has been dealt with, and how we can continue to make improvements.
Please arrive at Liberty Landing Marina approximately 30 minutes before departure time. Tickets that remain unclaimed 15 minutes before departure will be made available to standby passengers.
