Smartsafe: Self Defense for Women
Smartsafe: Empowered Women's Self-Defense focuses on developing a variety of strategies that will empower girls and women. This self-defense program is reality-based, focusing on situational awareness and simple and effective techniques for women. This 2 hour training class will begin with a discussion of women, violence and society. We, together, take a journey to understanding how self-defense can be physically empowering and liberating.
