Deeply Rooted Dance Theater 2016 Summer Intensive/Emerging Choreographers Performance
Deeply Rooted's Summer Dance Intensive offers technical rigor and artistic development within disciplines of dance. Over four weeks, participants are exposed to a strong curriculum fostering learning and personal growth, along with opportunities to experience the company's repertory through forums, workshops, and lastly within this final performance. Participants will perform works by Deeply Rooted's Artistic Team, company members and guest choreographers.
The Emerging Choreographers Showcase mission is to empower & facilitate an environment of growth & exploration for young professional dancers and choreographers. This year's showcase will feature works created by Xavier Santifield, Xiang Xu and Artistic/Producing Director, Joshua L Ishmon.
