Rockaoke Live Invitational Song Tournament & Fundraiser
Interactive and exciting! Get on stage with an incredible band, sing your song, and raise money for a worth cause all at once! Don't want to sing? Challenge someone who does by pledging their talents to raise the $ instead!
Here's how it works...
1) The night of July 25th Open Theme Invitational features three 12-song sets where The Naturals will act as the backing house band.
2) The first set is an open, first-come, first-served, prize-incentivized signup for anyone to choose from the band's 500+ song menu. See here for the full list: http://www.rockaokelive.com/song-list
3) The feature set is a tribute to the Tragically Hip, Gord Downie, and the Canadian music community in general. The band will select 12 songs to fit this theme, with help from advance ticket buyers. 4) The headlining set is the "Invitational" where 12 spots will be auctioned off here at this Brown Paper Tickets page. To bid on a spot as the first bidder, you can purchase your $10 door admission as the minimum bid, then add to this amount to set the current minimum bid.
5) You'll then be asked a couple questions where you can select your song from the list of 500+ that The Naturals have available. *If you have an off-menu request, the band MAY be able to add it. Again,here's the list: http://www.rockaokelive.com/song-list
6) You can bid and rebid on the 12 available spots up unto 24-hours prior to the event. At that point the top 12 bids will be accepted and proceeds from the auction will be donated to B.C.'s local Waterkeepers organization, Fraser Riverkeeper: http://www.fraserriverkeeper.ca/
7) Show up on the night of the 25th for a boatload of entertainment! If you're one of the 12 winning bids, we'll have you on our VIP list!
