Beer Education Night - Beer & Cheese Pairing

Mark your calendars on Wednesday, July 13th, 2016 for our first ever Beer Education Night featuring cheese. We've teamed up with Mike and Jenny Eastwood of Smallgoods Cheese & Provisions for a special topic, Craft Beer and Cheese Pairings. We've received a lot of interest in this event, so we have decided to sell tickets. Limited space and cheese is available, so purchase your ticket today.

PRESENTATION: Liz, Head Brewer/Co-owner, and Jeff, Barrel Program Director, will walk us through a tasting flight including Beatitude Citra Dry-Hopped Tart Saison, Gavel Drop IPA, Deadlock, Barrel Aged Dark Sour with Black Currants, and Bourbon Barrel Aged Pirates Breakfast. Each beer is artfully paired with a specialty cheese, which Jenny and Mike Eastwood of Smallgoods Cheese & Provisions have provided. They are excited to share the story and process of each cheese including a Goat Gouda, Twig Farm Mixed Drum, Caveman Blue, Facerock Cheddar, and Bermuda Triangle.

EVENT DETAILS: We are hosting the event at the Council Brewing Tasting Room, located at 7705 Convoy Court, San Diego, CA 92111. Our beertenders will start pouring flights at 5:30pm and the presentation is from 6-7pm.

TICKETS: The $25.00 ticket price includes the Beer Education Night Flight of four tasters including two barrel aged beers, one Beatitude, and one IPA. It also includes five different 1 oz portions of cheese.

DATE: July 13th, 2016
TICKETS SALES: Online only via BPT starting on Tuesday, June 28th, 2016. Sales end at 12noon on Wednesday July, 13th, 2016. If we do not sell out online, we will sell tickets at the door for $30.00.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Please use your name when purchasing tickets. You will be required to show your proof of purchase (your "Brown Paper Tickets" ticket or ticket purchased from tasting room) and valid ID for the purchase of alcohol. Must be 21+ years of age to enter event.

Please note that we will not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.
