Celebrating the Season with Chef Dale Hawkins July 19th
Chef Dale Hawkins will be celebrating the season at J.Q. Dickinson Salt-Works on July 19th to benefit Try This WV. The farm-to-table dinner will focus on local foods and fresh ingredients. Chef Dale Hawkins, from Fish Hawk Acres, in Rock Cave, WV, is one of the pioneers of Appalachian Cuisine. The dinner will benefit Try This WV which is a nonprofit organization that encourages people to engage in fun physical activity. Come celebrate with us!
